- When should I arrive and when should I leave? You can arrive from 5 p.m. on arrival day, and must leave before 10 a.m. on departure day.

- Can we arrive earlier than 5 p.m? Of course, please present yourself at our reception office when you arrive in Tignes. We will let you know when you can come pick-up your keys as soon as your accommodation is available.

- What if I were to arrive when the office is closed? Give us a call before 6 p.m. so we can organize your late arrival and key pick-up.

- Can I bring a pet with me? Pets are not allowed in all apartments. Please let us know about this request when booking with us, so we can make sure it is not an issue.

- When can I order the end of stay cleaning? End of stay cleaning is an extra service that can be ordered at any time during your stay.

- Do you rent baby kits (cots and high chairs)? Baby kits can be provided, just let us know about this request so we can arrange for you to have one.

- Can we rent an accommodation for a short stay (less than a week)? Yes you can, but we do propose such offers only at the last minute.

- What extra services do you propose? Linen rental, bath towel rental, Ski-pack rental, Ski-pass, WIFI minibox.

- Are the apartments equipped with WIFI? The description of the apartment indicates whether it is equipped with WIFI or not. If not, you can always rent a WIFI minibox when booking your stay, or directly at the reception.
